WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger today announced the details for a county-wide town hall in Chesterfield County later this month.

Before taking office, Spanberger promised to hold a town hall in each of the 10 counties in Virginia’s Seventh District. So far, she has held six county-wide, open, and community-focused events in Goochland, Spotsylvania, Nottoway, Henrico, Louisa, and Amelia. Her seventh town hall will take place later this month in Chesterfield County.

The details for Spanberger’s Chesterfield County town hall are as follows:

WHEN: Sunday, July 28, 2:00-3:00 pm

WHERE: Tomahawk Creek Middle School Auditorium

ADDRESS: 1600 Learning Pl. Loop, Midlothian, VA 23114

“I’m looking forward to spending time with another community in our district and hearing directly from Chesterfield constituents about how I can best serve them in the U.S. House,” said Spanberger. “As always, I welcome questions, concerns, and feedback from everyone. Our town hall will be an open opportunity for Chesterfield residents and nearby Central Virginians to make their voices heard. I thank everyone for another opportunity to continue our conversation about the issues that are having the biggest impact on Central Virginia’s workers, families, and businesses.

In addition to answering questions in an open, community-forum format, Spanberger will update constituents on recent developments in Washington. District staff will be on-hand to connect with constituents who need assistance dealing with a federal benefit, program, or agency.
