This Week’s Event Will Focus on Many Issues Facing the Seventh District’s Families, Seniors, & Economy

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — On Wednesday, September 20, U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger will host an open, public telephone town hall focused on a range of issues facing Virginia’s families, seniors, and economy. The virtual event will also be livestreamed via video on Spanberger’s congressional website and Facebook page.

Spanberger will take questions directly from Virginians across Virginia’s Seventh District, gather their feedback, and provide answers. Additionally, she will update attendees about her ongoing work to prevent a dangerous government shutdown and protect Virginia’s economy.

“I am focused on getting things done for the Virginians I represent. Wednesday’s event will be a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from the Seventh District’s families, businesses, and seniors,” said Spanberger. “I look forward to taking questions, hearing concerns, and sharing updates about my work on Capitol Hill. These open conversations help inform my work in Congress — ensuring that Virginia remains strong, and our government is responsive to the people. I hope many of our neighbors will join us.”

WHO: U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger

WHEN: 7:30pm-8:30pm ET, Wednesday, September 20, 2023

DETAILS: To join the interactive telephone town hall, Virginians should dial in to 833-380-0670. To watch the discussion live, Virginians can go to spanberger.house.gov/live or Spanberger’s Facebook page during the event.
