NEXT WEDNESDAY: Spanberger to Host Virginia-Focused Telephone Town Hall
Next Week’s Event Will Focus on Many Issues Facing the Seventh District’s Families, Seniors, & Economy
WOODBRIDGE, Va. — On Wednesday, December 13, U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger will host an open, public telephone town hall focused on a range of issues facing Virginia’s families, seniors, and economy. The virtual event will also be livestreamed via video on Spanberger’s congressional website and Facebook page.
Spanberger will take questions directly from Virginians across Virginia’s Seventh District, gather their feedback, and provide answers. Additionally, she will update attendees about her ongoing work to prevent a dangerous government shutdown ahead of critical funding deadlines, pass the 2023 Farm Bill, and expand opportunity for future generations of Virginians.
“I’m focused on getting things done for the Virginians I represent — and every conversation I have with our neighbors better informs my work on their behalf,” said Spanberger. “I am so grateful to have opportunities like these town halls to directly connect with Virginians and hear about the challenges they are facing as residents of the Seventh District. I look forward to taking questions, hearing concerns, and sharing updates about my work on Capitol Hill.”
