Tuesday’s Event Will Be the Congresswoman’s 42nd Public Town Hall

HENRICO, V.A. — On Tuesday, U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger will host another open telephone town hall to discuss issues facing Seventh District families as we head into the holiday season. The event will also be livestreamed on Spanberger’s website and congressional Facebook page.

During the event, Spanberger will highlight her work on behalf of residents of the Seventh District and answer questions directly from Virginians about the issues facing them, their families, and their businesses. Additionally, Spanberger will discuss how the Inflation Reduction Act is continuing to lower costs for Virginians — including through new changes in January 2023 for Medicare beneficiaries.

“As the holiday season begins, many Virginia seniors, businesses, and families are concerned about issues ranging from prescription drug costs to the safety of their communities,” said Spanberger. “These town hall events allow our neighbors across the Seventh District to ask questions, share feedback, and voice concerns in an open discussion. These events also give me the opportunity to highlight how I am working to address those concerns in the halls of Congress. I encourage every resident of the Seventh District to join our conversation.”

WHO: U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger

WHEN: 7:30pm-8:30pm ET, Tuesday, November 29, 2022

DETAILS: To join the interactive telephone town hall, constituents should dial in to (833) 380-0670. To watch the conversation live, Virginians can go to spanberger.house.gov/live or Spanberger’s Facebook page during the event.
