Spanberger Has Held Several Similar, Public Listening Sessions At Coffee Shops In Amelia, Culpeper, & Orange Counties

U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger today held her fourth “Coffee with your Congressperson” event, this time in her Washington office.

Constituents were invited to join Spanberger and key legislative staff for coffee and an informal opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and learn more about the legislative goals her office is pursuing on behalf of Central Virginians. In addition to five open, community-focused town halls this year, Spanberger has held Coffee with your Congressperson events so far in three counties across Central Virginia – Amelia, Culpeper, and Orange.

“I’m thrilled to open up another direct channel for constituents to share their concerns, ask questions, and voice their feedback about the work my office and I are doing on behalf of Virginia’s Seventh District,” said Spanberger. “Listening to constituents and translating their experiences into real, practical action in Washington is my top responsibility as a U.S. Representative. I will continue to carve out as much time as possible—both in Washington and across our district—to listen and give people an opportunity to connect with my team.”

Spanberger has five additional town hall events scheduled in her district over the coming months. Future “Coffee with your Congressperson” events are currently being scheduled in Washington and across Central Virginia. Future details will posted to Spanberger’s official social media accounts.
