CBS19: Spanberger to host another telephone town hall

People are invited to participate in another telephone town hall with Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger.

The town hall will take place Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. and be broadcast on the congresswoman’s Facebook page and website.

According to a release, Spanberger will be taking questions from residents of the Seventh Congressional District about issues facing Central Virginia, such as rising prescription drug costs, small business concerns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and access to broadband Internet service.

She will also be talking about efforts to maintain telehealth services and address the ongoing negotiations in Congress for COVID-19 relief.

This will be the eighth telephone town hall Spanberger has held since the beginning of the pandemic.
