U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger today announced details for her seventh and eight town halls in Virginia’s Seventh District this year.

In July, Spanberger will hold a seventh town hall in Chesterfield County and an eighth town hall in Culpeper County. In her first five months in office, Spanberger held county-wide, community-focused town halls in Goochland, Spotsylvania, Nottoway, Henrico, Louisa, and Amelia counties.

“The best parts of my job are the opportunities I have to visit communities in every corner of our district. I’m looking forward to hearing directly from constituents in Chesterfield and Culpeper and getting feedback on how I can best continue to serve the people of Virginia’s Seventh District,” said Spanberger. “Our town halls will include plenty of time for open questions from constituents, as well as a brief update on the work I’ve been doing in the House since our last town hall in Amelia County. As always, members of our staff will also be on-hand to connect with anyone who has a question related to a federal benefit or agency. I look forward to seeing everyone in Chesterfield and Culpeper Counties, and I thank you for another opportunity to continue our conversation about the priorities that matter to Central Virginia.”

The details for the upcoming Chesterfield County town hall are as follows:

WHEN: Sunday, July 28, 2:00-3:00 pm

WHERE: Awaiting confirmation, details will be announced on social media

The details for the upcoming Culpeper County town hall are as follows:

WHEN: Tuesday, July 30, 6:00-7:00 pm

WHERE: Culpeper County High School

ADDRESS: 14240 Achievement Drive, Culpeper, VA 22701

In addition to opening up the floor to Chesterfield and Culpeper residents for questions, Spanberger will update constituents on her recent work in Congress, including her successful fight to strengthen a key rural broadband grant program, joining the bipartisan effort to block a pay increase for Members of Congress, and paying her respects at the D-Day 75th Anniversary ceremonies in Normandy, France.
