Congressional Art Competition

Every year, Members of the U.S. House of Representatives hold an art competition to recognize and celebrate the artistic talents of high school students from each congressional district. The winning artwork from each district is displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside winners from across our country.

The submission period is now closed. Please check back for information about the 2023 Congressional Art Competition.

Take a look below at our 2022 winners and all the artwork we received this year! Each year, I am blown away by the artistic talent, creativity, and passion possessed by young Virginians. Thank you to all the students who shared their masterpieces with us this year.
